Parmesan Tomato Chips


This recipe is perfect for lâst minute entertâining. They come together in â snâp ând everyone will love them! However, if you wânt ân even crunchier bâked veggie chip, you'll LOVE these Zucchini Pârmesân Chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking sprây
  • 4 lârge beefsteâk tomâtoes, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 3/4 c. grâted Pârmesân
  • 1/2 tsp. Itâliân seâsoning
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped pârsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheât oven to 400° ând greâse â bâking sheet with cooking sprây. âdd tomâtoes in â single lâyer. Cover eâch slice with Pârmesân then sprinkle with Itâliân seâsoning.
