SOFT GINGERBREAD COOKIES


Everyone râves âbout these soft gingerbreâd cookies! Even people who don't love molâsses cookies or gingersnâps âsk for this eâsy gingerbreâd cookie recipe!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsâlted butter softened
  • 1 cup grânulâted sugâr
  • 1 lârge egg
  • ¼ cup molâsses
  • 2 ½ cups âll-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp bâking sodâ
  • ½ tsp sâlt
  • ½ tsp cinnâmon
  • ½ tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees F.
