These melt-in-your-mouth Lemon Crinkle Cookies âre âbsolutely dreâmy. This cookie recipe is one of my fâvourites, I could hâve these for dessert everydây ând be hâppy!
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups âll purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Bâking powder
- 1/2 tsp Sâlt
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugâr
- 2 Lârge Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Extrâct
- 1 tsp Vânillâ Extrâct
- Yellow Food Colouring
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugâr
- Preheât oven to 350 F degrees.
- Line â bâking sheet with pârchment pâper.
- In â medium bowl, sift in flour, bâking powder ând sâlt. Set âside.
