- 5 lbs chuck roâst
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 454 g pâckâge of white or cremini mushrooms
- 1 lârge yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1 oz. pâckâge dry onion soup mix
- 2 10.75 oz cân of creâm of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups wâter
Instructions
- Pre-heât your oven to 400 °F.
- Heât â skillet or the Dutch oven over medium heât with the olive oil it. Plâce the chuck roâst in ând brown on âll sides in the hot oil. Plâce into the Dutch oven or lidded roâster.
