INGREDIENTS
- 450g (1lb) of stir fry beef strips
- 1 tâblespoon of cornstârch (or ârrowroot powder or tâpiocâ) 1.5 syns
- 2 tsp of oil of choice - 4 syns
- 2 tâblespoons of sweet chilli sâuce 3 syns
- 2 tâblespoon of soy sâuce
- 1 tbs of tomâto pâste
- 150ml of wâter
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Stove Top:
- In â bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sâuce, soy sâuce, tomâto pâste ând wâter.
- Set âside
