LASAGNA STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS


These delicious cheesy stuffed chicken breâsts âre â delicious one pot dinner thât your fâmily will love! If you love chicken pârmesân ând lâsâgnâ, then you will love this eâsy Lâsâgnâ Stuffed Chicken Breâsts dinner recipe!

Ingredients

For the chicken

  • 4 thin chicken breâsts no thicker thân 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup Itâliân seâsoned breâdcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup pârmesân cheese
  • 1 egg beâten
  • 1 1/2 cups mârinârâ sâuce

For the lâsâgnâ filling

  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzârellâ cheese or â mixture of the two
  • 3/4 cup ricottâ cheese
  • 1/4 cup pârmesân cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped bâsil
  • 1/4 tsp gârlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sâlt
  • 1 egg beâten

Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 375 degrees. Pour sâuce into the bottom of ân oven proof skillet or câsserole dish.
  2. Set up â chicken dredging stâtion, with one shâllow bowl of egg ând one of the pârmesân cheese ând breâdcrumbs. Dredge chicken through egg, shâking off excess, then through the breâdcrumb mixture, mâking sure to coât both sides equâlly. Set chicken âside.
