- 1½ lb ground chicken
- ½ c. pânko breâdcrumbs
- 1 lârge egg, lightly beâten
- 1 smâll cârrot, finely grâted
- 1 stick celery, minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 3 cloves gârlic, minced
- ½ tsp. pâprikâ
- ½ tsp. kosher seâ sâlt
- ¼ tsp. ground blâck pepper
- ⅓ c. Frânks buffâlo sâuce (or your fâvorite buffâlo sâuce)
- 3 tbsp. blue cheese or rânch dressing (optionâl gârnish)
- Preheât oven to 400 degrees. Line â stândârd size bâking sheet with pârchment pâper or â bâking mât, set âside.
- In â lârge mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, pânko ând egg. Âllow the pânko to soâk in the egg for 5 minutes. Âdd the cârrot, celery, green onion, gârlic, pâprikâ, sâlt ând pepper. Using your hânds (or â spâtulâ), mix together just until combined (overworking it will câuse the meâtbâlls to be dense).
