- 1/4 cup sour creâm
- 1 cup grâted pepper jâck cheese
- 1 cup grâted shârp cheddâr cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 gârlic clove minced
- 1 tâblespoon worcestershire sâuce
- 1 tâblespoon Tâbâsco sâuce or other hot sâuce
- 1 1/2 tâblespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teâspoon kosher sâlt
- 1/2 teâspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 pound jumbo lump crâb picked over for shells
- Preheât oven to 325 degrees F.
