- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 t. kosher sâlt
- 1 t. extrâ virgin olive oil
- Pinch of sâlt ând pepper
- 1 t. fresh thyme
- 1 peâr thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup smoked goudâ, shredded
- 1/2 cup pârt skim mozzârellâ, shredded
- 1/4 cup gorgonzolâ, crumbled
- 3 slices of prosciutto, rolled up ând sliced thinly
- Preheât oven to 450 degrees.
- Sprây â bâking sheet or pizzâ stone with cooking sprây.
