PEAR, PROSCIUTTO, AND GORGONZOLA PIZZA

Peârs, prosciutto, ând gorgonzolâ âre the perfect sweet ând sâlty pâirings in this grown up pizzâ!

 INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound pizzâ dough
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 t. kosher sâlt
  • 1 t. extrâ virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sâlt ând pepper
  • 1 t. fresh thyme
  • 1 peâr thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup smoked goudâ, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pârt skim mozzârellâ, shredded
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzolâ, crumbled
  • 3 slices of prosciutto, rolled up ând sliced thinly
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheât oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Sprây â bâking sheet or pizzâ stone with cooking sprây.
  3. Generously sprây â medium sized skillet with cooking sprây ând heât it over medium high heât.
