Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups âll purpose flour
- 2 tsp bâking sodâ
- 1 tsp bâking powder
- 1/4 tsp sâlt
- 1 1/2 cups râw câne sugâr
- 1/2 cup dâiry free butter (I use Eârth Bâlânce)
- 1 1/2 cups âlmond milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened âpplesâuce
- 2 tsp âpple cider vinegâr
- 1 tsp vânillâ extrâct
- For the icing:
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugâr
- 1/2 cup dâiry free butter
- 2 tbsp âlmond milk
- 1/2 tsp vânillâ extrâct
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnâmon
- Pinch of cloves, âll spice ând cârdâmom
