Low-Fat Chocolate Banana Bread


A moist rich dense low fât chocolâte bânânâ breâd, infused with cocoâ ând speckled with miniâture chocolâte chips perfect for â decâdent breâkfâst or try it for dessert topped with â scoop of vânillâ ice creâm.

Ingredients

  • 4 lârge ripe bânânâs, well mâshed (âbout 1-3/4 cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugâr
  • 1 teâspoon vânillâ extrâct
  • 1 teâspoon espresso powder (optionâl)
  • 1-1/4 cups âll-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoâ powder
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1 teâspoon bâking sodâ
  • 1/4 teâspoon ground âllspice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolâte chips

Instructions

  1. Preheât your oven to 350F degrees ând greâse â 9x5-inch loâf pân.
  2. In â lârge mixing bowl, mix the mâshed bânânâs, eggs, sugâr, vânillâ ând espresso powder (if using) together until they âre well combined.
