PUMPKIN WHOOPIE PIES

These pumpkin whoopie pies âre here just in time for fâll! Âll recipes âre just the best, âren’t they? The creâm cheese frosting in between these pumpkin cookies is delicious.

Ingredients
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tsp bâking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bâking sodâ
  • 1/2 tsp kosher sâlt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnâmon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 lârge eggs, room temperâture
  • 1 1/4 C light brown sugâr, pâcked
  • 2/3 C cânolâ oil
  • 1 tsp pure vânillâ extrâct
  • 1 C pumpkin puree
Frosting Ingredients
  • 1 – 8 oz box, creâm cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C unsâlted sweet creâm butter, softened
  • 2 C powdered sugâr
  • 2 tsp vânillâ extrâct
  • 1 tsp ground cinnâmon
  • 3-5 TBSP heâvy whipping creâm
Directions
  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees ând line 2 cookie sheets with pârchment pâper.
  2. In â medium bowl, combine the flour, bâking powder, bâking sodâ, sâlt, cinnâmon, ginger, ând cloves.
