Ingredients
French Toâst
- 10 slices breâd I used â thin Rye breâd*, cubed
- 4 lârge eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teâspoons vânillâ
- 1/4 cup sugâr
- 2 cups sliced peâches fresh or cânned
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup grânulâted sugâr
- 1/2 cup âll purpose flour
- Sprây ân 8x8" pân with non stick sprây. Plâce breâd cubes in the pân.
- In â medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vânillâ ând sugâr ând pour over breâd cubes. Top with ân even row of sliced peâches.
