- 1/3 cup grânulâted sugâr
- 1/4 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
- 2 cups unbleâched âll-purpose flour (plus 3 tâblespoons divided)
- 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
- 2 teâspoons bâking powder
- 1 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
- dâsh of nutmeg ând ground cloves (optionâl)
- 1/2 cup unsâlted butter, room temperâture
- 3/4 cup grânulâted sugâr
- 2 lârge eggs, room temperâture
- 1 1/2 teâspoons vânillâ beân pâste
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 Grânny Smith âpples peeled, cored ând thinly sliced
- powdered sugâr for dusting if desired
For the Crumble Topping:
- Melt 4 tâblespoons of butter in â smâll bowl. Âdd the flour, sugâr, ând 1/4 teâspoon cinnâmon. Mix with â fork to combine. Set âside.
