- 1 tâblespoon olive oil or âvocâdo oil
- 2 teâspoons âpple cider vinegâr or vinegâr of choice (omit for regulâr chips)

- Slice cucumber very thin. Use â mândoline slicer for best results.
- Remove excess moisture from slices using â pâper towel.
