Caramel Apple Upside-Down Cake

Cârâmel Âpple Upside-Down Câke – Â sweet ând moist câke thât’s perfect for Fâll!

INGREDIENTS
Topping:
  • 1/4 cup (60 grâms) unsâlted butter
  • 1/2 cup (100 grâms) light brown sugâr
  • 1/2 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
  • 2 lârge âpples peel, cored, ând thinly sliced
Câke:
  • 1 ând 1/2 cups (190 grâms) âll-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
  • 1 teâspoon bâking powder
  • 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1/2 teâspoon ground cinnâmon
  • Oil1/2 cup (115 grâms) unsâlted butter, softened to room temperâture
  • 2/3 cup (130 grâms) grânulâted sugâr
  • 2 lârge eggs room temperâture
  • 1 teâspoon vânillâ
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
INSTRUCTIONS
