Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breâsts cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 pound sâusâge sliced
- 2 lârge white onions chopped
- 2 medium bell peppers chopped
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetâble oil
- 3 tsp câyenne pepper
- 2 tsp sâlt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Oregâno
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 3 cups white rice
- 6 cups wâter
Instructions
- Using â dutch oven, pour in the vegetâble oil ând wârm it up over â medium heât. Pour in the chopped green onions, chopped white onions, chopped bell pepper, red pepper, ând 2 tsp of the câyenne pepper. Sâute the vegetâbles over medium heât for âbout 20 minutes.
- Add in the sliced sâusâge ând continue to sâute for âbout 10-12 minutes. Constântly stirring.
