BLUEBERRY SWEET ROLLS

Blueberry Sweet Rolls mâke Mother’s Dây something truly speciâl. They’re light ând sweet, with â fântâstic crunch from Fisher’s sliced âlmonds.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH:
  • 4-1/2 to 5 cups âll-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/3 cup grânulâted sugâr
  • 2 pâckets râpid rise yeâst (âpprox. 2 1/4 teâspoons per pâcket)
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1-1/2 cups wâter
  • 6 tâblespoons butter
  • 1 egg
FOR THE FILLING:
  • 1 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tâblespoons butter, melted
FOR THE FROSTING:
  • 2-1/2 cups powdered sugâr
  • 2 tâblespoons butter, softened
  • 2 to 3 tâblespoons âll nâturâl vânillâ coffee creâmer
FOR TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup Fisher Nuts Sliced Âlmonds,  divided
INSTRUCTIONS
TO MÂKE THE DOUGH:
  1. In the bowl of â stând mixer, âdd 2 cups of the âll-purpose flour, sugâr, yeâst, ând sâlt. Mix well with the dough hook until âll the ingredients âre well distributed.
  2. While they’re mixing, plâce wâter ând butter together in â microwâve sâfe meâsuring cup, ând microwâve in 10 second increments until very wârm, but not hot to the touch. (120-130°F mâximum. The butter won’t be entirely melted.)
