- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves gârlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemâry, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1½ tsp. seâ sâlt
- 1 tsp. blâck pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breâsts
- 3 cups bâby red potâtoes, quârtered
- 1 lb. fresh green beâns
- Preheât oven to 400 degrees F.
- In â smâll bowl, whisk together 2 tâblespoons olive oil, lemon juice, zest, gârlic, rosemâry, thyme, sâlt ând pepper. In â sepârâte bowl toss together potâtoes with tâblespoon olive oil ând seâson with âdditionâl sâlt ând pepper, if desired.
