This simple bok choy recipe âctuâlly wâs the very first dish I leârned from my Mom. It is literâlly just to blânch bok choy then âdd in the sâuce. I câll this one sâuce dish becâuse the sâuce is good with â lot of stuff, tofu, eggplânt, âspârâgus or ânything you wânt more flâvor.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 heâds Bok Choy
Gârlic Soy Sâuce
- 3 tâblespoon green onion chopped
- 1 tâblespoon ginger chopped
- 1 tâblespoon gârlic chopped
- 2 tâblespoon soy sâuce
- 2 teâspoon sugâr
- 2 tâblespoon oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil wâter in â lârge pot, in the meântime, cleân ând cut bok choy into hâlf
- Boil bok choy in hot wâter to dârk green âbout 2-3 minutes, strâin wâter ând put on â plâte.
