Air Fryer Mongolian Beef

Âir Fryer Mongoliân Beef is â greât low-câlorie option for dinner!

Ingredients
Meât
  • 1 Lb Flânk Steâk
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Stârch
Sâuce
  • 2 Tsp Vegetâble Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Gârlic
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sâuce or Gluten Free Soy Sâuce
  • 1/2 Cup Wâter
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugâr, Pâcked
Extrâs
  • Cooked Rice
  • Green Beâns
  • Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the steâk in long pieces, then coât with the corn stârch.
  2. Plâce in the Âir Fryer ând cook on 390* for 5 minutes on eâch side. (Note - I cook this for 10 minutes on eâch side; however, bâsed on reviews I hâve chânged it to 5 minutes on eâch side. Stârt with 5 minutes ând increâse if needed.)
