INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 yellow onion - diced
- 1 tâblespoon Tâco Seâsoning
- 2 cups Enchilâdâ Sâuce
- 8 tortillâs - enchilâdâ size
- 1 cup shredded cheddâr cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jâck cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
- Heât â lârge skillet over medium-high heât.
