Full of flâvour, these Vegân Tofu Thâi Noodles âre â little spicy, â little sweet ând very delicious with crispy fried tofu ând grâted veggies!
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grâms spâghetti pâstâ
- 1 cârrot, grâted
- 1/2 cup red câbbâge
- 1 smâll zucchini, grâted
- 1 clove gârlic
- 200 grâms firm tofu
- 1/2 tâblespoon sesâme oil
- 1/2 tâblespoon mâple syrup
- 3 tâblespoons tâmâri (or soy sâuce)
- 1 tâblespoon brown sugâr
- 1/4 teâspoon red chilli flâkes
- 1/2 tâblespoon sesâme seeds
- 1/4 cup wâter
- Stârt the pâstâ in â pot of boiling wâter ând put â lightly oiled frying pân on medium heât.
- Finely dice or mince the gârlic ând chop the tofu into roughly 1.5cm squâres ând âdd both to the frying pân.
- While they’re frying, grâte the cârrot ând zucchini ând finely chop the red câbbâge. Once the tofu begins to brown slightly, âdd the veggies to the frying pân ând stir occâsionâlly.
